Vietnamese Yellow Curry Chicken

Lately I was looking up Vietnamese dishes and I came across this mouth-watering recipe for Yellow Curry Chicken! So, next time I was at the store, I picked up some boneless skinless chicken breast and put it aside for a special date.

Today happened to be that special day! :D

After omitting several items from the actual recipe which I didn't have "in stock", the results looked like this...

Steps:
Chop up chicken into chunks. Dump them into a bowl.
Add Garlic powder, Onion powder, Curry Powder, Salt, Pepper (I probably forgot something here lol).
Mix together with wooden spoon!

Heat up wok/large frying pan and add a bit of oil. When pan is hot, pour chicken mixture into it and cook until browned well.

Add cut up baby potatoes.

Throw in cut up baby carrots and a bit of celery. (btw, I was making things up at this point to substitute for the exotic ingredients the recipe asked for lol)....

Add some water and cook, covered for 18-23 minutes on Low heat.

Yummm!

Voila! Thanks for staying and cooking with me. ;D

Have an awesome day.

                                  God bless,
                                          Serving Him
